Clean and comfortable but not many staff to assist

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The property was clean, well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was extremely convenient, and the room itself was comfortable and spacious. The only real disappointments were the lack of air conditioning and the absence of a microwave in the room. The absence of air conditioning made the evenings a little uncomfortable, and a microwave would have been useful for quick reheating food. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel provided a great experience, and I would consider staying again - especially if these amenities are added in the future.

The hotel is right next to Yongsan Station and extremely clean. The view from the room was fantastic too. I stay here every time I visit Yongsan.

I stayed 4 nights Vista Walkerhill Hotel in Seoul. It was wonderful and both my husband and I were satisfied in most ares. It cleaned, all staffs are friendly. I stayed in Han liver view side. It gorgeous views and especially sunrise. The buffets (breakfast and Dinner) are also wonderful that I enjoyed. Only one thing short is no good restaurant near the village. The cleanliness of the room can be improved, found strands of hair on the floor after cleaning. Hotel is conveniently located above the train station. Airport limousine drop-off is very near to the hotel. Overall experience of the hotel is okay.

Check in was very easy. The hotel is basically just one story within a bigger building, but it’s very quiet and comfortable. The smallish room was spotless with one full bed and two additional bunk beds. Small but very clean bathroom and a small lobby stocked with coffee, tea and fruit juices. The clerk was very polite and helpful. The area is very busy but the hotel is absolutely silent. We had a very comfortable stay.
