Overall, Service was prompt and accomodating. Rooms were tidy and bright, though the room notes may need a redesign; the placard where the room service menu and appliance instructions QR code was easily missed, and some of the appliance are in need of maintenance. Pyang and Maria from the breakfast team were a delight to see, and the pasta from Toscana was tasty. Wine list could use more by-the-glass options. Front desk is prompt, pragmatic and efficient, but needs more of the Filipino Warmth and Hospitality that we are known for worldwide. Hallways from the lifts to the room were consistently warm

Nice Spa, the rooms are comfortable, but starting to feel a bit dated. Very friendly staff. Great location for access to a multitude of shopping and dining options

I absolutely love this hotel. I’ve stayed in many hotels in the area and this is the best. Service is amazing, rooms are great, bedding is so comfy. I love how in a daily basis the really clear your room (including mopping). Food is good and the gym and spa are great

This is June the very best value for the money hotels in heart of Makati. Walkable to Greenbelt and all around immediate area. Great restos nearby a block away. Good gym and pool for travelers. Seem to have upgraded beds as ours had a pillow top or topper. BIG rooms and nice place. Staff is excellent. Our go to most times in Makati.
