Location Fantastic you can walk around to all attractions everything is near by.The Staff excellent. Our first time in Istanbul was truly unforgettable, and a big part of that experience was thanks to Batu in customer service. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome and at home. Batu took the time to explain how to get around the city and helped us discover the main places to visit with kindness and patience. His professionalism, warmth, and genuine care made all the difference during our stay. Because of him, we will definitely come back to this hotel. Thank you, Batuhan, for making our trip so special —

We were very impressed with all staff members and all services. Cant remember all employees so there were a lot more than Serab, Yusuf, Serkan but everyone was great. Valet, front desk, room service and restaurant were all A+. Very pleasant, kind and lovely people
