Ningbo Adults Only Vacations

The advertising blurb stated that the staff spoke English. They didn't. We managed to communicate via translator apps. Every day of my stay, the staff informed me that I owed them money for my room. The amounts varied from day to day, but as I'd already paid through Expedia, getting the message across was difficult. So I just ended up smiling and nodding. The hotel was clean. Lots of building works going on. Also, the area is quite nice but a fair way away from Ningbo town centre. Which is fine. The Ningbo railway station is a typical nightmare. I would probably stay again at the hotel. The rooms were new and clean but I'd have preferred a view of the area. My room had a view of the building next door. I've had worse and the price was pretty decent.

Great place to stay with a convenient location. Service was top notch, Andy looked after everything from the moment I arrived and made sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Very impressed with the breakfast and facilities. Would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Ningbo, and once again top notch customer service from Andy which you rarely get in China, a nice surprise.

First time with Expedia, first time with Hyatt, first time in Ningbo, everything was perfect, well worth the money. They have a great Chinese restaurant, with really nice seafood and a very large selection. The waiters and waitresses were extremely helpful and recommended great dishes. We did not try the western restaurant. Everything about the hotel was perfect for us.
