The Property is good and Conveniently located.

Stay 5 nights in room with river view, the view was great, but the room was not the cleanest, the bathroom and toilet were not very clean. There was sense of smoke 1 night, in the middle of the night, may have come through the A/C system, find it hard to breath. Breakfast have limited selection, not enough varieties.

Excellent location and room size. Being connected to a mall that has most of what we needed is most helpful and convenient. The mall is well-maintained with a good mix of upmarket tenants as well as food. The subway station was also connected to the mall. The hotel has a common living room with a coffee machine which was comfortable and especially useful if someone in the room needed a place to work separately. As the living room was accessed using a room key card, the space felt private and safe. We found hair on the floor when we checked in so cleanliness can be improved. Some signs of wear and tear but it’s not unexpected given the age of the place. The hotel could also been more generous with towels. The staff at the desk and breakfast were very helpful and efficient. My daughter enjoyed the breakfast. Overall, we would choose to stay here again.

I took a paper cup to take some tea to my room after our breakfast at the hotel cafe, but a young tall waiter stopped me and told me that the paper cup is only for people who buy takeway. I thought the paper cup does not cost much and the hotel should allow guests to use it after they finished their buffet breakfast. We has dinner at the cafe once.
