Great location. Room was clean and comfortable, but hotel is in need of a remodel.

The view out the window once we were moved from north side of building to south side of building was fabulous. We’ve been to this hotel multiple times. I love the south facing side. More sun in room. And watching all the ferries sailboats barges and so much more. It’s hours of fun. Love this hotel. We will be back.almafi is a great coffee breakfast place right up front.

Chris the desk clerk was so nice and helpful. I have stayed at The Westin many times in Boston. Top notch staff, rooms and location. Will be back again. Came to see the SC&J Holiday show from Nashville TN. Show was amazing Shelia Tope

Staff were very friendly. Apartment size was good. Location good. Queen beds okay would prefer king size. Shower had no shelf to put items on. Bedroom didnt have any blockouts so expect lights at night & a very early wakeup. If you like a dark room I suggest not staying here. We didnt sleep well at all.

This hotel was stunning. Beautiful and ornate decor. Staff was friendly. Close distance to a lot of walkable places. We did have to wait for an elevator for awhile every time we had to use one. The room was super small. Smallest room I’ve ever been in actually. We couldn’t even open our suitcase all the wall.

The omni was very nice place to stay. clean ,professional and very accommodating. I had flowers delivered prior to my arrival and the hotel had them waiting for me in the room. Impressed

Location was perfect for walking to many sites. Hotel is gorgeous. Room awas spacious, well appointed and spa like bathroom. Views were incredible. James the conceriege was incredibly helpful. So glad I booked here.
