Ms. 전혜련 assisted me during check-in. She was very nice, friendly, and accommodating. The hotel itself was very clean, but the soundproofing was poor. The rooftop pool is lovely; however, it rained when I visited. Overall, it's a good budget-friendly place to stay.

When arriving at the property, I arrived about 30 minutes before my check-in time. The staff made an exception and checked me in early. However, the explanation of what floor I was staying at was not clear and I had to ask twice. The room was spectacular and it had a gorgeous view. The only downside to the room was that the air conditioner was difficult to operate. I would have appreciated some instructions on how to turn it on. There was no hair drier provided for me either which usually most hotels of that rank do provide it.

The experience was excellent, thanks to the staff’s kind and professional service. The room’s lighting is ambient but sometimes feels too dim. Additionally, there is no rack for hanging towels. Overall, the stay was good, but addressing these issues would enhance the experience

They actually checked us into a room that was not cleaned and occupied at first! Very frustrating until they gave us the next room. Overall, the room was way bigger than expected and quite comfortable. Will consider staying again in the future.
