"Rude staff on reception desk and unresponsive from management. There was a fire alarm while we stayed there, and we ended up stuck in an outdoor emergency stairwell with a metal gate that wouldn’t open. After much effort and calling out to other patrons and staff, it opened. We approached front desk to advise of safety concern with the gate in an emergency and the front desk rep was argumentative, rude, mocking and unprofessional. Emailed manager and never heard back. I’d never go back! Upsetting stay. Also if you book this hotel, we paid extra in our reservation for breakfast. Don’t bother prepaying as no one seemed to be asked for their room number and everyone ate breakfast when we were there. "

"The staff was pretty nice. The chief manager was super nice and helpful. Other than that the room cleaners were tough to speak to with a difficult language barrier. Another downside was, we could not watch tv in our room due to the language only being in French with no subtitles. The shower was sorta dirty and small with only half a glass door. Room seemed a bit old, but that just might be the hotel style in general. Breakfast wasn’t too good, was also the same exact thing every morning. About 12-15 minutes depending on traffic from the city of Nice and the restaurants in the vicinity off the water walk were mid-to terrible. If there is a better hotel to stay at, I would recommend choosing them over this hotel."

"Clean Room, with a great space including the balcony. Amenities were amazing in both the room and property. Staff was extremely helpful and attentive, housekeeping was consistent and thorough. Location was incredibly convenient. "

"A nice hotel, great breakfast, rooms were spacious and clean, basic amenities, towels and gowns were a bit worn, the location is great and public areas are clean and comfortable, the biggest downside is having to pay for the use of sunbeds, €30-€40 per day each! I feel this is just to high and puts people of using the pool, we went elsewhere instead. WiFi also very slow."

"It is a small boutique hotel. Breakfast is available for €29 and no restaurant for dinner. Parking was easy for €15/day. They have a nice Spa. Location is not on the beach but a short walk. The room barely had space for luggage and a TV with one or 2 English news channels. The Staff were nice and polite. The hotel is old the doors are narrow even for a slim person. The view of the water was great from the upper floors. The beach were sandy and not pebbles. A nice restaurant called Playa Chica 10 min walk was great to eat and the beach."

"Property was beautiful but just too far from Nice downtown… staff was ok, area immediately walkable in back of the hotel seemed sketch. The promenade out front was better but again, 3-4 miles east of where you want to be."
