貝尼多姆海灘飯店，旅行前必看！

「What a fabulous hotel. Don’t be put off by its location in a commercial area. We stayed there for three nights to attend a wedding at the nearby Casa Sontanja. It was the perfect base. Just a short drive down the coast on our spare day. Whatever your reason for being in the area, I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough.」

「3rd trip to the Serawa. Excellent small hotel with amazing staff. Joanna on reception is an asset to any business and is very very helpful. And Vania and Carmen made every breakfast fun and friendly. All of the guys in the kitchen help make what I can only say is my favourite breakfast. The gardeners are also very friendly and have done a fantastic job. The pool area does need some attention. New sunloungers and a bit of money spent on the poolside itself」

「Great setting, lovely hotel, lovely pools & the included entry into the two theme parks was excellent. It was a busy weekend & feel the staff were overwhelmed at times, also apart from one or two members of staff, the rest of the staff always looked after, served etc etc the Spanish guests first & foremost, which was frustrating as we are Scottish but after living in Spain for 21 years & speaking Spanish was very frustrating. My wife suffered an injury due to water leaking into the floor...

「Tuve la peor experiencia de mi vida en este hotel, los ascensores la mayoría de las veces no funcionaban, la habitación en 5 días q estuvimos nunca tiraron la basura y la limpiaban muy mal, el aire acondicionado nunca funcionó y todos los días íbamos a quejarnos a la recepción y nos decían q lo arreglarían y nunca lo hicieron, lo mejorcito del hotel fue el bufe, y la piscina creo q es demasiado pequeña para las dimensiones y lo lleno que se pone el hotel」
