「The room was really clean and the staff was friendly. The good points are that there is a pool and you can do ypur laundry inside your room. The only bad point is that you need to take a taxi to go in town, there is no Uber or bus available in Kotor to go there.」

「Room needed a lot of maintenance, Shower didn’t drain and floorboards were lifting, creating yellow water all over the room. Temperature of the shower was either boiling or freezing. Beds were tiny and very hard and uncomfortable. Pool area was nice and bar staff were lovely. Food wasn’t great. Parking was good outside hotel, and taxi’s were easy to get to and from hotel. A disappointing stay.」

「Had a lovely few days at this hotel. Very warm welcome from hotel staff who showed us to the room and were very helpful with booking taxis etc. We stayed in a room with pool access and the room was lovely, very modern and clean as was the hotel in general. Breakfast was plenty with a good choice of food, all fresh each day. Pool and pool area was very clean, was lovely eating breakfast outside at the tables and chairs located by the pool. 「Lovely room with beautiful view. Very helpful staff. Easy parking, just give then your keys! Nice breakfast with lots of options, however hot choices were always cold. Quiet building, very modern. In May, the pool was cold, but we went in anyway. Overall, lovely spot in Herceg Novi, right on promenade and a pleasant 10 minute walk to Old Town.」

「Amazing hotel , staff amazing , quality of rooms was excellent . There is major construction outside and it’s very noisy . I contacted Expedia and explained this should be on the website. This is not the hotels fault and they where very simpathetic But there was nothing they could do . The building started at 7 am even on weekends. I would for sure stay again but the building work would need to be completed.👍 」

「The air conditioning didn’t really work in the room. Despite setting it to a low temperature, the room was very hot all night resulting in a poor sleep. Also, we found a pair of underwear from the previous guests in the bathroom which was a shock.」
