Classic luxury hotel
Pros: Classic luxury hotel with nice and friendly staff, and it’s easy to find and park. Perfect location, heart of the city. You have all the shops and restaurants nearby. 5 minutes walking to the lake. Cons: Bed too small for two, pillows not comfortable. No AC in the room, and you can’t open the window due to the noise from the main street. The room is very stuffy and hot, and it’s only April.

Really nice welcoming the valet parking got us a cheaper parking in the street as we arrived quite late we appreciated We got also upgraded to a really nice room with a balcony with a view over Zurich roofs it was amazing We also enjoyed the restaurant which we highly recommend

Worth coming back!
The hotel is really great. Loved the room. Everyone was super friendly. All though our kids were super crazy. The location is right in the center. But the rooms are very quiet. The staff was lovely.

The bar and restaurant Orsini are outstanding. The service for the hotel part was lacking. Nobody came out to greet us as we arrived. We were also missing a file after check out and when we called the hotel to ask if it was there, they were immediately defensive and unhelpful. This is not what I expect from a 5* property.

Great location, beautiful building, very good rooms and excellent service. The staff did everything in their power to make our stay as comfortable as possible e.g. early check in and late check. The Italian restaurant Orsini delivered both amazing food and service.

Week-end à Zürich
Excellent hotel au cœur de Zürich, proche du lac. Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable. La chambre superior était spacieuse avec une terrasse, très propre et pas de bruit. Ambiance calme et feutré au cœur de la ville. Petit déjeuner très bien servi à table.

This hotel was reluctant to cancel or reschedule my booking due to the high risk of COVID19, so they charged me without staying at the hotel.
