「I had a wonderful time staying here. The staff were exceptional, very helpful and friendly. Communication was great, before arriving and during my time there. The room was perfect - incredible view, lovely balcony to sit out on, dependable wifi and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was delivered, if you order it the night before and was delicious. 「The room was beautiful, the staff were very accommodating and Gaby& Jochen were so welcoming. Breakfast was amazing as were the dinners, especially with the incredible view. The view of the lake with the volcanos in the background is unbeatable! If you want a peaceful stay in lake atitlan this is definitely the place to be.」

「Poor communication to enter the property, had to wait outside for 10 minutes in the night. The owner eventually came to open the door, but calls and text were not answered. The owner was very nice and once inside was responsive to texts. The room was very pretty as well. 」

「Great view from the property. Easy to get to and to get around. Having a dock on the property makes it easy to hail a boat when you have your luggage so you dont have to carry it into town. Nice and quiet town with clean water that you can swim in. The food at the restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Only concern would be that when we used the sauna and poured the water on the heating mechinism to make steam a whole colony of ants flooded out.」

「Unfortunately was mostly a bad experience, they could not find our reservations in their systems, wanted to charge us again, one of the rooms was not the one we reserve, pool was very dirty, the shower had a few dirty spots, sink was clogged, the shore was really far from the property rooms, poor ilumination at night, won’t comeback again and if ask, i would NOT recommend it」

Check the Americano breakfast, best I had anywhere I travelled in the last 10 years. Try their Quetzaltenango coffee.」
