"The hotel was locked shut and no one was present to receive us. Nit sure if 1 star is a fair assessment as I could not even get to experience it at all."

Nice location, Nice staff!
"The hôtel is very well located, 300M from the Quilotoa village. Very cosy place. Rooms are missing a good heating system. They could put a fireplace instead of the TV in the living room."

"Very BAD experience. After I have prepaid for my two days stay. upon arrival the hotel manager stated not having my reservation and been sold out. I literally had to sleep one night in the car. No other option was proposed, Hotels.com never answered the phone. I presented a claim hope they at least ..."
