"It was hard to take luggage to the chalet’s. They were very creaky rooms made of wood. You could hear everything in the loft when a person moved. The faucets were leaky, so you could hear drips while trying to sleep. The hotel triple beds room look like prison camp rooms. Very small tight and little. Not much room for luggage and to move around. If you like glamping. This is where you need to be. If you like luxury or comfort. No way Jose!"

"This place has the luxury of a boutique hotel with the ambiance of albanian hospitality. The rooms were beautiful, clean and unique, breakfast was delicious and fresh, but most of all the team & staff were lovely. It's family owned and the sons who work the front desk are the absolute kindest. Would highly recommend. "There’s some construction happening on the ground floor that worried us at first; however, once we located reception and checked into our rooms we found them to be clean, comfortable, and quite nice. The staff was very helpful and they let us park our van and store our luggage at the hotel while we are away on the Theth-Valbone 3-day trek."

"The room I stayed in was absolutely sad. The bed sheets and pillow cases were washed but still had dirty stains. Washroom had sewage smell from the drain. The tv had nothing on it. Moreover there was so much noise coming from ppl on the floors past 11 pm. Staff were really amazing people. Place needs major upgrades"
