「 I booked this surf lodge with high expectations based on what was shown on social media, but unfortunately the reality was quite different. While the beach itself is naturally beautiful, it was extremely crowded during our stay, which made it hard to enjoy and very different from the quiet, pristine setting that was promoted. 「La chambre était propre mais la cuisine je n'ai jamais vu ça auparavant, poubelle débordante de déchets, micro ondes sentant le cadavre, impossible de faire bouillir l'eau de mon café, une honte car cette maison fait partie du patrimoine de Rio. Voiture abandonnée dans la rue, drogués faisant leur neccessidades dans la rue, Je ne comprends pas que l'on est pas fermée cet établissement. Nunca voltarei ahi.」

「The property is in a great location. One block away from the beach. It was really safe. I was a solo traveller and walked around comfortably. The rooms were super clean and well taken care of. There are a lot restaurants, shops, and places for nightlife around the area. It was so easy to meet new people and the hostel has so many activities and also tours that you can book directly from them.
