"Very well located and very well kept property, some of the staff were outstanding, particularly in the bar. The pool area was nice and the life guards helpful but the service on the 13th floor was not the best, quite often there were no staff to order from. The bed was very soft, but it did not give me back problems. The room was very nice, as were the cleaning staff."

"Staff was friendly. The included breakfast was nice but I would have preferred a buffet style breakfast. It is very conveniently located near two malls and Comfamilia Clinic. The only downside was that on the weekends the area and restaurant on the 4th floor is very loud until 2-3 am."

"El hotel siempre ha sido mi favorito en mis viajes a Ibagué, pues es muy agradable y la atención del personal es maravillosa, pero en esta oportunidad si pude apreciar que las instalaciones necesitan mantenimiento, especialmente el área de la piscina y alrededores, algunas zonas muy descuidadas y el mobiliario en malas condiciones."
