"This is a fabulous hotel. The staff are over the top friendly and helpful. The room is classic traditional decor with warmth and elegance. Fantastic bedding and beautiful bathroom. Highly recommend "

"I stayed for two nights and, while the hotel has potential, a couple of basic issues let the experience down. On arrival, I noticed a few long hairs left in the sink, which wasn’t a great first impression. More importantly, on the second morning there was no hot water at all, meaning I had to take a cold shower. For me, the essentials of any hotel stay are a clean room, a good night’s sleep, and a hot shower. Unfortunately, not all of these were met."

"The hotel shuttle driver to Milan Linate Airport not only got me there in good time, but came into the airport with me to make sure I went to the correct desk first. I greatly appreciated this."

"Front desk staff were very friendly, helpful, and multilingual. Room was clean and surprisingly large for a European hotel. Plenty of space for 3 beds for 4 people. Bathroom was equally large with both a soaking tub & shower. The hotel restaurant doesn't open for dinner, but they offer a discount at a local restaurant very close by (walkable) that has delicious food."
