"Beautiful hotel in a very convenient location. Very spacious family room, lots of storage, many toiletries, very clean. Cooked breakfast was delicious with a lovely view out the large windows. Staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again. "

"- Reception Overcharged - Even without putting on "Don't disturb Tag" no cleaning and no towel change - Door Lock system got broken and went to Reception twice. - Reception (Klaudia) never applologized to that and really wonder if Customer Service training was held. "
