「我三年前有來住過這個飯店感覺很不錯，很乾淨也很大，所以這一次推薦了三間房間的朋友來住，想不到他們的乾淨程度退步很多， 房間也給我們跟去年比更貴但是卻是更差更低樓層，而且很吵的房間，跟去年的落差實在太大有非常大的落差，很失望，而且我們三個房間都有嚴重的漏水，把行李都弄濕了，跟主管反應有沒有用」

「The hotel is in a fantastic location right in town by the castle and tons of lovely dining options. Also steps from the ferry which was great as we had a late arrival. Our room was in a different building which threw us a bit to start but it didn’t really matter in the end. There were no hotel facilities but room was nice with everything you need. We just parked our bikes outside and walked or biked to whatever we were doing. Highly recommend. 」

「Loved this place. The owner/manager (not sure which) was so helpful during my stay, she went above and beyond helping me call places because I didn't have a local number. The place was spotless and has everything you need. They even helped do laundry, which was a lifesaver. The woman on-site was very friendly too.
