"Great spacious quiet room. Lots of hanging space and coat hangers! Great storage area for outdoor stuff especially when winter walking/skiing. Spa area large with indoor pool, steam room infra red room and jacuzzi as well as heated outdoor pool. Outside in the pool with snow falling - amazing! Also spa treatments available.
Excellent food, expertly cooked, presented and served. Ample choice and varied menus. "

"Nice staff, premium room was nice and had a nice view, but the room was not spotless clean (some spiderweb found).
The room had no offered water (had to drink tap water that was anyway good).
Spa was not as good as expected. Steam bad was not having good steam and the sauna was small and not as strong as expected."

"The property was in a nice location. It was a pleasant town with enough to do if you stayed there the whole time. There were a variety of restaurants, shops, and trails that you could follow to a lake or other little towns in the area. We visited other areas while there, which was easy to do via train (about a 10 minute walk from the property). My only negative comments would be that we were on the first floor so there was no views and there were people sitting outside pretty late into the night talking and smoking so we couldn't really have our windows open for cool air. My other issue is that we found out there was a cleaning fee but I don't think that was mentioned on Expedia nor was it included in the "all inclusive" fee."
