「Está muy muy lejos de todo, el servicio es regular, la zona está algo fea y forzozamente tienes que usar su transporte del hotel ya que como dije la zona es muy recóndita, no hay señal del celular en ningún momento lo cual es algo peligroso y para poder moverte a cualquier lugar ya sea más céntrico te cobran carísimo el trayecto, MÁS caro que los taxis de Cancún, el servicio de comidas igual es costoso, si pueden mejor váyanse a un hotel todo incluido, más bonito y más barato.」
