「The staff at the restaurant is not friendly and helpful. I had to walk for half an hour to have the dinner at center. The hair dryer didn’t work and the reception staff responded cold just said sorry. The room is quite comfortable, spacious, quiet and clean. The breakfast is delicious and the coffee is good.」

「The area is charming, situated directly by the Danube with a fantastic view of the water. The surroundings are relatively quiet, with a public bathing area right next to the hotel. The hotel is neat and tidy, and the staff provides extraordinary service, being genuinely friendly and fluent in Hungarian, German, and English. However, calling it a wellness hotel is somewhat of an exaggeration; there are only two jacuzzis and a tub that was, by the way, drained of water. The fitness center was...
