"This was an OK hotel but it’s the little things that matter. English was non existent with the staff, the heating/cooling in the room wouldn’t adjust and it was on 25 degrees the whole time when it was 35 outside. At times it felt hotter inside the hotel than outside, even in the foyer. As for the breakfast offering, well that was just plain bad. Won’t stay here again"

"1. Hotel had no air cool as they were in heating mode (can not have both) so the room was very hot and they asked me to open the window which also did not solve the problem as air was hot too. 2. No vegetarian food consideration in fact the staff did not even understand what is vegetarian food in breakfast time and too much struggle to communicate. "The room is huge and the bathroom is a luxury! Bed is comfortable and this is the only hotel that gave me the best sleep! Good privacy and quiet within the hotel. Staff at the ski concierge are polite and provide good refreshments for us to take a break. Dinner at the Teppanyaki restaurant is sooo good, all ingredients served are so fresh. I regret for not staying longer so I will be back again. "

"I had a great experience staying at this hotel in Ningbo. There were several restaurants on-site and a breakfast buffet every morning with plenty of options to choose from. One of the best parts was the special internet access that allowed me to use services like Google, which was super helpful during my trip. The service was excellent—my room was cleaned daily, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I also had two meetings with my suppliers at the hotel, and it worked out perfectly. The atmosphere was calm and not too crowded, so it felt like having a private dinner. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers!"

"The staff is very helpful and courteous. Got attended by Ms. Veronica Miao, excellent customer service as my wifi wasn't able to connect. I went to the front desk and she helped me right away. The rooms are clean and well appointed. I always go for Marriott properties. Property is Infront of Tianyi Square which makes shopping and dining very convenient."

"I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. The service across the board—from the front desk to housekeeping to the executive lounge—was exceptional. Every staff member I interacted with was patient, attentive, and detail-oriented. A special shout-out to Ada from the executive lounge, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay even more memorable. Her exceptional service stood out and added a personal touch that was much appreciated. The hotel’s location is very convenient, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the night view of the city skyline from our room was absolutely breathtaking—a perfect way to wind down after a busy day. I highly recommend this hotel for both its service and its prime location. I look forward to staying here again!"
