"Clean, comfortable and good location. We were 15-20 min walk from the east gate of Zhangjiajie Forest Park. The hotel included breakfast, lots of options but less if you do not eat pork (you have have eggs, some breads, salad, cereals, noodles, fruit /veggies). Staff in the laundry room were so kind, I appreciated their help with the washing. There are also snacks in the lobby. After a long day of hiking in 30 degrees, a little icecream bar was what I needed. Thank you to the staff, everyone was super nice! :) "

"The staff were very helpful in particular Olivia. Exceptional and takes care of everything. Yamam the Tea master also created an amazing tea ceremony experience. The activities and the service was very good. The heated pool and view is out of this world! Amazing. The property is rustic it could do with some maintenance and up Keep it’s tiered, the cold pool didn’t look usable and no comfy loungers. I would stay again apart from for the food. None of it was good and due to the remote nature of the property that is what you are stuck with. So property in nature lovely, food awful."

"We provided our room # when we went in for breakfast; however, when used a plate to hold some fruit to bring to our room, the staffs their seem to hesitant and told us that we need to registered, so that they can pick up the plate from our room?not sure why this is required, when our room number was already provided when we walked in to the breakfast room."

"The location it’s excellent when you wanna visit national Park. It’s very close to everything if you need to go somewhere just order DiDi very easy. The stuff very helpful they help you to book anything what you want!"
