The check in process was super quick, however when we got to the room we saw that the bed hadn’t been prepared - no pillows and duvet cover. However, the room itself is a bit aged, and the air conditioner could not deliver cool air even the temperature was well over 20 degrees Celsius. There are too few choices in the breakfast, not something I would expect from an international 4-star hotel.
