We had an incredible stay at the hotel. I've stayed at top hotels in the world and this boutique one compares in quality, service, attention to detail and amenities. The spa and gym area were beautiful (you should add photos to the site!). Service was impeccable, thank you to Simon who was so helpful. Easy to get to ski shuttle and walk to everything. Very clean and the breakfast and afternoon snacks were great. I'd stay here again if ever back in Zermatt.

The hotel is beautiful, the room is extremely comfortable with a majestic view of the Matterhorn, the location is excellent, and the staff is amazing. We had a great stay here and we wish we could have stayed longer.

Absolutely incredible stay overall, 10/10. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, seemed to go out of their way to ensure all our needs were met and questions answered. The hotel itself is clean, beautiful with lovely amenities. The room itself was spacious and the Mountain View balcony had the most incredible view of the Matterhorn that left us speechless. They really do go out of their way to ensure everyone has a lovely stay. The hotel is right near a ski-rental shop if needed and is a quick bus ride to the base of the main Gondola which then gives you access to the majority of the skiing mountain, including down into Italy. Highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for a luxurious stay in Zermatt!

The safe were very attentive and knowledgeable. The bathrooms can use updating as the high baths aren’t very safe. The lack of a restaurant is also unfortunate but its location makes up for it as you are close to everything. I would highly recommend this hotel and go back to it, in the future.

Fabulous stay

A brillian reception, with a warm welcome and two glasses of champagne we arrived. Straight away we were provided information about the area and where we could hike / cycle. The little touches throughout the week were lovely; from making the bed then unruffling just before night, or the excellent chocolates each day by the bedside table. The spa is relatively small but beautiful and all that is required.

Beautiful hotel with excellent service. You’ll love it! Centrally located in Zermatt, just a short distance to the train station, shops/restaurants, and all three lifts to ski. This family-owned boutique hotel is luxurious and charming with careful attention to detail. They even recognized we had a birthday and surprised us with a cake! Wow! You’ll be taking photos of the beautiful woodwork your whole trip, while also admiring the view off your balcony.

Friendly and welcoming Hotel with Alpin Chic

Overall a very friendly and clean Hotel! We were met at the Train Station and Shuttled to the Hotel. Greeted by friendly, very professional Staff and of course a Glas of Sparkling Cider. Unfortunately the room we booked was not available due to the Guests not being able to continue their travels. The Hotel handelt this problem very professionally and we were given another room with Valley Views. There is no Restaurant in this Hotel but the Staff were very helpful in finding something to our taste. Breakfast was a highlight, surrounded by Alpin Chic, a generous, well chosen and displayed Buffet, that met all our desires. Thanks to Lina who with her charming and professional touch made this experience unforgettable. We enjoyed our Stay at this Hotel and will be recommending it to our friends and family.
