We were very impressed with the hotel right when we arrived; it is very close to the train station, we had a little electric car take us to the hotel, it looks amazing inside and out, there was a man playing live music right at the entrance (with a piano, very funny); they have a ski room with individual lockers for all the equipment, they have a game room-area, and best of all they have an amazing spa on the -1 floor, which we visited every day after skiing (pool, jacuzzi, sauna, hamman, gym and massages). It got a bit crowded some evenings, but we would have it all to ourselves a couple of times.
After check in we went directly to our room and were very pleased to see it was a big room, with a very nice balcony and views to the Matterhorn mountain, I mean what else could we ask for (of course very clean and comfortable) Only little inconvenient is that we were on the fourth floor, right under the roof, so the ceiling was tilted, which was very cute inside the bedroom, but made the bathroom a bit uncomfortable (shower was tricky). It also has a nice restaurant (with different options every night) and decent breakfast.
Overall we were incredibly pleased with our stay (1 week) and even though I thought it was a bit expensive when I made the reservation, as soon as we arrived I understood it’s absolutely worth it and got more than we actually paid for. We will definitely come back.
