Staff are very helpful and the place is very clean! It is very close to Matterhorn Glacier Paradise and about a 15 min walk to the train station. Taxis are available to be booked via hotel and are very quick to come. Our apartment had a lot of our necessities such as spoons, plates, and water heater. Overall we had a great stay!

The apartment was spacious and nice. The bed was comfortable and having a kitchen and a refrigerator was a bonus. The living room had 2 couches and a balcony that looked out at the mountains. The location was convenient being an easy walk to the train station and downtown restaurants.

The apartment was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable, with a small well equipped kitchen. Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent location. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The apartment was spotless and huge! Our apt was apt 30 and had 2 bedrooms and 2 balconies. The kitchen was clean and had everything you could need (expect a microwave), but that was okay. Gorgeous place and would stay again.

It is spacious, with good facilities and an amazing view from the balconies. More importantly, it is well kept and very clean. It is also only 5 minutes away from the main station. We loved our stay here.

Escaping the touristy hell of the central Zermatt
The hotel located at the west side of the town and it is quite and less touristy unlike center district which is totally spoiled I'd say. Here you can really enjoy the nature in a quite outdoor restaurant overlooking Matterhorn. Whenever we need to go grocery, I felt like being forced to do so, where streets are overcrowded with tourists and souvenir shops, much like any other overrated place. We were buying food and running away looking for shelter. Cyclists doing 60 km/h through crowded streets, electric taxis on every corner, carmageddon...Not sure who is deadlier, but they approaching suddenly, silently, without breaking, you have to save yourself and kids. The mythical town without transport is a myth, indeed. Unless, you got to the western part and here you'll catch your solitude at late sunset. Now the hotel: We had two-bedroom apartment no 440, two balconies, two showers, jacuzzi, modern and very convenient kitchen with all appliances. The Matterhorn could be directly seen with all its glory from the second floor roof-window and a bit from the small balcony. There is really nothing negative about the apartment, except for jacuzzi operation. some instructions would not bother. It seem to stream only hot water, regardless faucet direction and there is a leakage somewhere, each morning we had discovered small puddle on the floor between the shower and jacuzzi, not sure where it is leaking.

Comfortable stay
It was on the other end of Zermatt from the train station, so lugging your suitcases to the apartment on your own is a bit of a challenge. Better to call for one of the electric buses or electric taxis. Otherwise, nothing at all to complain of. It was spacious and clean, our children enjoyed the apartment. If you’re taking the one with a loft (apartment 410) then note that you need to climb a ladder to access it. Our kids loved climbing up and down, sort of an adventure for them. But it’s not for elderly folks. The apartment was spacious and clean. The washer/dryer on the reception floor was good. We could see Matterhorn from our apartment too. It’s near the Furi station that takes you to the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise.

We arrived after the 8 PM check in time but had communicated with the property so were able to get access to our room. We were some distance from the train station and had no idea that there would not be any open restaurants or grocery stores for dinner. We did have some beef jerky and our travel bag so that’s what we had for dinner that night. There were utensils and cooking equipment in the room but no food (we were not expecting food but we were not expecting the inability to get any food either). There was a refrigerator in the room but it had a very sour smell. The door to the back deck area in our room would not seal or close completely. The room was warm upon our arrival but there was no way to adjust the heating or cooling so we opened the back door and used a chair to brace it in case it would fall. We were on the equivalent of a ground-floor unit. When we spoke with the person at the front desk the next morning she was very friendly and stated that it was the off-season and that they would not be providing hreakfast. She did provide three coffee pods and two creamers and showed me how to use the coffee maker in our room/apartment. It was nice to have access to the washer and dryer which helped with caring for clothing but the washer did not work correctly so we had to call the owner to get assistance in removing our clothes from the washer since the door would not open.

The apartment was clean, spacious and beautiful with a high-tech kitchen. The staff was always reachable by telephone. The hotel is a bit far from the train station (about 15min walk with hills) and a bit difficult to find, but it is worth it. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the skill hill as well. Our room also had a view of the Matterhorn which was spectacular. For an apartment with a kitchen and thus the opportunity to cook and save some money during your stay in Zermatt, the hotel has really great value. The spa area was very relaxing and the owners gave us a deal on it since it was low season. The owners are extremely nice and helpful and gave us a ride to the station after our stay. Definitely choose this hotel for your stay in Zermatt!!

We stayed during the off season, so hotel services were not included. This was a fantastic way to stay at a very nice place while saving some money. With a full kitchen and grocery store near by it allowed us to also cook our own meals which also helped save some money. The front reception had limited hours during off season, but everything was laid out very clearly when reception was closed and when speaking with the lady at reception during the operating hours she was extremely helpfull and was able to provide discounts on activities in the town. I would fully recommend this to anyone who is looking to explore Zermatt!

Comfortable Apartment Style Hotel at Good Value
We stayed at Casa Vanessa during the off season (summer), when there were fewer services being offered (no breakfast or shuttle from the train station; staff only available by phone part of the time). Had we stayed during winter then we would definitely have received more services. The room was spacious, had a nice view, had a refrigerator/kitchenette, and was reasonably comfortable. The staff were friendly when we did see them. 7-8 minute walk to center of town. Close to Ski lifts. Great value.

Das Studio war in gutem Zustand und an guter Lage. Ruhig. Es gibt keine Maengel, ausser, dass einige Lampen kaputt oder nicht funktioniert haben. Der Gesamteindruck ist sehr gut. Personal - sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Immer wieder gerne.

마테호른에서 가까운 호텔 - 가성비 좋아요
체르마트역에서 걸어서 15분정도입니다. 하이킹 후에 혹은 짐이 많을 경우, 걸어가기 부담스러운 거리입니다. 택시 무상 제공 서비스는 없습니다. 편의시설은 모두 Summit 22에 있습니다. 체크인/아웃 및 조식 및 사우나 시설도 모두 서밋22에 있습니다. 방은 조금 오래되어 보이나 관리를 잘한듯 전반적으로 깨끗한 느낌입니다. 쿱에서 재료 사와서 이것 저것 만들어 먹을 수 있어 좋았습니다. 마테호른 봉오리는 호텔앞에서 볼 수 있습니다. 호텔에서 볼 수 있다면 좋겠지만 앞의 건물때문에 보이지 않았습니다. 전반적으로 비싼 체르마트에서 가성비 좋은 호텔이라 좋았습니다. 추천합니다.

ロープウェーの発着場に近く、グレイシャーパラダイスに行くのに大変便利でした。部屋も広く快適に過ごせました。 以下気になった点です。 ・隣の系列ホテル（Summit 22)にスパがあるということで、1度試してみました。サウナは非常に良かったのですが、ロッカールームのカギをどこに置いたらいいか悩みました（そのままサウナに持ち込むと熱くなってしまうので）。できればゴム製のリストバンドかサウナ室から見える形でカギ置き場を置いてもらえると助かります。 あと、これは不満ではありませんが水風呂があるとなおよかったです。

Fin plass , litt vanskelig å finne. Lurt å informere om at casa Vanessa ikkje har eigen resepsjon. Men at du må henvende dej i resepsjonen på hotell 22 summit. Reint og veldig bra bad /dusj. Fin plass , sengene kunne ha våre bedre.vellerd veldig bra.

素晴らしかったのですが、バスルームのお湯の温度が調節できなかったのと、チェックアウト直前に停電したこと、チェックイン方法が分かりにくかったこと、オーブンの使い方がわからなかったこと、滞在税を2回取られそうになったことが、気になりました。
