「We had to left the apartment 20 minutes after arrival. There was an infestetation of croackarages and bed bugs. The bed sheets and the curtains were stain with blood spots and dirty. They offered us a new apartment and we checked it but it was worse. That property should not be advertised.」

The room was spacious and comfortable with excellent air conditioning. The check in process was easy, but I did arrive early and had to wait for access to my room at 3pm. 「The room was kept very clean. Despite the extreme heat outside, the air conditioning worked perfectly, making it a relief to return to the room. 「Great find. Brilliant location and quite close to walk to Navigli area. Room could have done with more storage. The heated towel rail I think was broken as we could not get it to switch on. Decent shower. Staff were so nice and always tried to be helpful. The area felt safe and easy to get in and out. Lots of shops, coffee shops etc. There was a lot of noise unfortunately and the walls were pretty thin so a few times we got woken up very early by other guests talking to staff loudly at the crack...

「This was a very comfortable, quiet, well equipped apartment close to my meeting locations, local restaurants, grocery stores and transit. It's in an older building that does not have an elevator (lift) so you have to be prepared to carry your bags up the 81 steps of the staircase. (I got lots of aerobic exercise during my stay). The keys were collected from a lockbox on a pole across the street from the building entrance. When you leave, the keys go back into the lockbox. The bed has good back...
