The entire staff—from reception to the restaurant and housekeeping—was attentive, kind, and friendly.Special thanks to Matthew (the manager) and Gianni for the warm welcome and the room upgrade. I also truly appreciate the excellent service from the bellboys, Filmer and Jose to the restaurant Giovanni and Terrence not to forget Jay and Mike from the housekeeping. "The hotel is located in a quiet residential area. It is possible to walk to the old town in 20-30 minutes but there is also a bus. There are buses to Lindos and other areas nearby. The hotel is very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The pool is small but very clean. Domy on reception is an absolute star. She greets everyone by name and is so helpful providing advice on restaurants and more! She was so interesting to talk to as well. The other staff are also pleasant and helpful. We felt so welcome we will definitely return."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The studio is situated in a quiet area of the old town square. Lena was amazing and helpful! I arrived in the early hours of the morning. Communication was excellent and self checkin was easy to follow, with no issues."

"We stayed in an Executive room for five nights. 1. We weren't told that the room is cleaned and tidied only every other day. Things like that should be mentioned in advance. 2. There was a coffee machine in the room. We ran out of coffee capsules after a day and a half. When I asked why the coffee supplies hadn't been replenished, I was told that this had to be done through room service (for a fee!)"

"Stunning hotel, very clean and modern. The all inclusive is an excellent addition but unsure if this is the right hotel for such a thing due to the limited seating areas at night. Sun lounges are limited and although the pool doesn’t open until 09:00am, this does not stop people wrongly reserving sunbeds."

"Fabulous modern apartment in the center of the old town in an historic building. Met at the city gate by a member of staff with an electric buggy to take us and cases through. Amazing breakfast at the wine hotel full brunch menu and high quality drinks. Would definitely recommend"

"The hotel is located in the old town in a walking distance from everything. The hotel is renewed building with only few expand rooms. The stuff is very helpfully with transportation from an to the airport, free luggage transportation to the port and always with a good recommendation on restaurants."
