「Malgré notre arrivée très tardive deux heures du matin Ahmed a été disponible pour nous et a pris le temps pour expliquer tout ce qu'il fallait pour notre hébergement le petit déj que nous avons eu le matin était super j'ai eu besoin d'une aide pour m'orienter dans la médina Ahmed m'a envoyé quelqu'un dans les 5 minutes qui ont suivi je recommande énormément si je dois être hébergé à Fès une autre fois ce sera là」

「Meget smuk Riad, hvor der var brugt traditionel marrokansk håndværk og materialer til indretningen. Alt var meget smukt og gennemført. Dejligt værelse med stort badeværelse og køleskab. Ligger lidt yderligt i forhold til hvad vi gerne ville se og opleve 」

「我们是晚上到的，说实话天黑有点不好找，因为它的大门在一个很不起眼的小毛毛道里，且没有任何标识。酒店坐落在一个山坡上，天气好的话可以俯瞰整个城市。酒店陈设布置非常讲究，晚餐和早餐都很好，服务员非常耐心和负责任，很值得推荐的地方。」

「Pros: Nice riad. Beautiful courtyard. Hassan, Mohammed & team were exceptional. Their service is better than 5 star hotels. Food is great at the riad. Location is in the middle of the Medina but the front entrance leads to the parking lot which is easy for pickup & drop off. Completely safe to walk around in evening. Would return to the riad if I go back to Fes. Cons: Rooms could use a little upgrade. Toiletries were not labeled so, its hard to tell which is the hand soap. 」

「The artistry & quality of craftsmanship of this recently rebuilt Ryad are outstanding. It is breathtaking; a special experience. The owners, sons, & niece work as a great team to delight their guests at the Riad & at their nearby restaurant (food and service are excellent). Tip: Get precise instructions as to where your taxi driver should drop you off (closest gate into the Medina because there is a short walk to it; cars can’t enter). Get the Riad team to meet you at your taxi. We arrived on a...

「Had such an amazing stay in this beautiful riad! Osama was so lovely, helpful and welcoming. Our room was beautiful and huge with a very comfortable bed. Every corner of the riad is so cozy and rustic. Not to mention the incredible rooftop. We had a delicious dinner and breakfast there. All of the staff were so kind! Thank you for making our stay so memorable!」

「Delightful and helpful staff. Large rooms that are comfortable and nicely decorated. Rooftop terrace comfortable and beautiful view. We enjoyed breakfast daily. We had dinner at the Riad one night and it was very good. We arranged several tours and transportation through the owner and were happy with the results. My only caveat,: This property is a Riad and that means you should be ready to climb stairs. 」

「I like the Riad, it Is a nice experience from the traditional hotel. Only thing is, if you are used to central heating, then you will find it cold initially, but other than that, located middle of the city and you ot was a great experience.」
