「房間的牆紙有脫落，床褥太硬，唯一可讚揚的是浴缸是按摩池。 最差的是服務，抱歉是沒有服務。 我致電前台，希望他們幫忙提供碗碟，他們說要我親自去前台領取，因為一些個人原因，我希望他們可以送上房間，我於英國時是完全沒有問題的，但服務員送給我時，用極差的語氣跟我說，如果還有下次的話，會收取我服務費（因為說的很急，我的事情也很急，沒仔細聽清價錢）。 我明白你們有工作制度，但也不能黑臉向客人發難吧，而且我也不是經常麻煩你，只是那一次，整個酒店體驗變得極差。 另外，酒店只適合自駕遊的人士，因為交通極之不便，公共交通基本上一小時只有一班次。」

「離車站走路十分鐘，逛街很方便，房間有拖鞋，熱水器，服務員人很好，離巴士站很近，建議要去小孩堤防可以從巴士站坐車，車程約ㄧ個半小時。上車買票來回12元。可以跟櫃檯要烏特勒支地圖」

「Bei dieser Unterkunft handelt es sich um ein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel, das nur wenige Gehminuten von der Bushaltestelle entfernt ist. Es wird sehr großer Wert auf Sauberkeit gelegt. Auch der Empfang war sehr herzlich! Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln!」

「The staff were really friendly, lovely surrounding area, free shuttle to centre as well. The aircon in our room was SUPER LOUD and we couldn't sleep the whole night. The staff did change us to another room the next day right after we reported the problem tho. Overall, very nice experience. 」
