「The hotel is in a good location, but unfortunately our stay was affected by a maintenance issue. The curtain above our bed had fallen down, and we reported it first thing in the morning. We were told it would be repaired after 3:30 pm that day. When we checked with reception around 5:00 pm, we were informed that the handyman had already left for the day and the curtain would not be fixed. As a result, we had a very poor night's sleep. 「Great breakfast and cosy spacious room. Door handle loose in bathroom as screws missing. Our room was ready before check in time which was convenient however the bin had not been emptied.」

「War alles sehr gut, Büffet zum Frühstück und abends sehr reichhaltig und lecker, allerdings etwas wenig zusammen passende Speisen abends. Wie gesagt, lecker war's auf jeden Fall! Der Wellness/Spa Bereich wirkt etwas mehr nach Hallenbad aber die Leute dort waren sehr hilfsbereit und ich hatte kurzen aber erholsamen Spaß. 「Superbe hôtel dans les Tatras, personnel très agréable, chambre propre, parking gratuit sur place, super restaurant et petit-déjeuner, emplacement au top pour aller faire une randonnée au Morskie Oko. Attention par contre, hotel.com n est pas à jour, le petit-déjeuner est servi à partir de 8h.」

「On arrival we had a speedy check in, room and spotless spacious and had everything you needed.Was about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the town.」

「Almost everything in the room is with wood furniture. It’s clean, quiet and comfortable with beautiful Mountain View. It’s also close to the train station with 10 minutes walk. The staff is very helpful and speak good English. The bathroom is too dark.」

「Loved the staff, so super helpful. Nice to have breakfast included. There was a lot to choose from and it was tasty. Not super close to city center, but in between Tatra Park and city center was good location for us. Only complaints: room was roadside which was a bit noisy and no darkening shade in room so I was up very early with the sun!」

「L’arrivo non è stato dei migliori, non trovavano la prenotazione e addirittura mi aveva detto che non collaboravano con hotes, mah! Colazione ricca anche se ruota poco il mangiare, la sala è grande ed anche se c’è molta gente si trova posto, manca sicuramente la macchina per tostare il pane (strano per una struttura così) L’appartamento era grande, così com’è il bagno」

「Die Wohnung war sehr schön und man hatte alles was man brauchte. Es gab direkt vor dem Gebäude Parkplätze. Der Check-in war ganz unkompliziert mit Code und Schlüsselbox, sodass wir auch in der Nacht anreisen konnten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer verlief auch hervorragend.」
