I felt like I had two big brothers who were ensuring I had a comfortable safe stay - needless to say, there were a handful of times I needed help getting back to the Riad as my GPS was not routeing correctly and neither one ever hesitated to come get me. "The place is great, the service rendered is out of place. All of the staff is ready to assist you at all times. The only drawback is that to get to the hotel, someone has to be waiting for you at a plaza since someone has to guide you through alleyways, just like a maze. But, overall, it is worth it. "The staff is sooooooooo amazing. Unfortunately, we had a room that was close to a smoking stand and our room had a gap in the door that made our room fill with smoke. The staff were kind and brought our bags through the Medina. Was easy check in and the Facilites were great. We had tea by the pool almost every night and it felt like an oasis from the hustle. "
