Nice concept of a hotel sollely on ground level. Initialy hard to find because of the reserved street for locals only. Great hotel with excellent and enthousiastic service. Great compliment for the service mindedness of Pablo. He gave us great tips for things to do and to see in the environment. With extended knowledge of the history and local culture. Great valet parking service.

Amazing service in good value, comfortable hotel
Very friendly, welcoming staff, especially Paulo. He made us so welcome, showed us all the facilities in the room, gave us excellent dining and recreational recommendations, and parked our car for us! Comfortable, clean room. Good wifi. Fabulous location for sightseeing, cliff-walking, bars & restaurants and the beach!

The staff was wonderful and so helpful throughout my stay. The room was very nice and clean and I loved the sky window! My partner and I appreciated how easy it was to walk to everything from the hotel. We absolutely would stay here again when we’re back in Zarautz!

Hotellet var en veldig fin opplevelse. Betjeningen er dyktige, hjelpsom og meget vennlige. Jeg kunnet ikke valgt et bedre sted å feriert. Tenk å ligge i sengen å sove under stjernehimmelen. Tro det eller ei det kan man i Zerupe. Rommet er derfor en stor hyggelig opplevelse og det samme er miljøet.

Muy recomendable
Ha sido una estancia larga y cómoda. El hotel es pequeño pero cuenta con las comodidades típicas, muy bien situado y organizado. Esta regentado por personas cercanas que facilitan información turística, cultural y gastronómica sobre los pueblos cercanos. Cualquier petición puntual fue solventada amablemente. El trato excelente en todo momento y es un detalle que pongan cápsulas de café y chocolatinas en la habitación. Desde luego nos ha sorprendido para bien y volveremos seguro. La única propuesta de mejora, por sacarle un pero, sería disponer de una pequeña mini nevera en la habitación. Aún así, altamente recomendable.

Great Hôtel in a nice location.
Super friendly hotel done in a modern style, not speaking Spanish is not an issue, super friendly team at this hotel that helped me with everything needed. Very close to town center, restaurants, bars and the beach ! Less then 5 mins walk for everything. Thanks for the great stay.

Nos gustó mucho el hotel, muy original. La chica que nos atendió fue muy amable. La cama muy cómoda y el detalle de la cafetera en la habitación nos gustos mucho. La única pega es el aparcamiento, al estar en una zona peatonal tienes que desplazarte a un parking, en nuestro caso pagamos 22€ por 14 horas . Nos indicaron otro más económico pero no lo encontramos.

Al llegar, la chica que hace las habitaciones y nos hizo el check-in, super amable, hotel muy limpio, habitaciones chulas, a pesar de ser una hab. sin ventanas no da la sensación de agobio, esta muy céntrico y cerquita de la playa.

Very friendly staff and great coffee area during most of the day. Rooms were clean and nice but very very loud. We did not mind as much but when cleaning staff was around in the morning you were unlikely to be able to sleep.

Moderno, raffinato e personale amabile
L'albergo è in pieno centro e, fortunatamente, dispone di posti auto; il proprietario, molto gentile e disponibile, si è occupato di parcheggiare la nostra auto durante il check in poi ci ha dato informazioni sulla zona e mi ha aiutato a trovare un medico di cui ho avuto bisogno. Le camere sono grandi, pulite, luminose e dotate di ogni comfort. Manca una finestra verso l'esterno, ci sono dei grandi lucernari sul soffitto e un ottimo impianto di aria condizionata quindi non c'è sensazione di chiusura ma a qualcuno potrebbe dare fastidio.
