Mala organización de parte de Hoteles.com porque yo solicité al hacer mi reservación (vía telefónica) que necesitaba una habitación con acceso a silla de ruedas y no lo hicieron, me dieron una habitación en la planta alta. Las únicas observaciones: El baño no tiene ventilación, y el techo es de lámina lo que provocó mucho calor y problemas para dormir ya que llovió algo fuerte."
