「This property is beautiful and breathtaking. The views and the finishes are immaculate. Everything was clean and luxurious. The food and the staff on the other hand were not. 「Beautiful property and great location in Stone Town. The breakfast and kitchen staff were amazing and very welcoming.
However, we booked the Presidential Suite but were not given that room and were instead moved between lower category rooms. The issue was not properly acknowledged, and staff insisted all rooms were the same and similarly priced, which did not reflect what was advertised on Expedia.
Overall, the stay did not match the booking, so I’d recommend confirming room types in advance.」

「Séjour incroyable dans cet hôtel ! Tout était parfait du début à la fin.
Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant, professionnel et toujours disponible pour aider. La nourriture était délicieuse, variée et de très grande qualité. Les chambres ainsi que les espaces communs étaient impeccables, avec une propreté irréprochable.
On se sent vraiment bien dans cet hôtel, l’ambiance est agréable et tout est pensé pour que les clients passent un séjour parfait.

「Everything was perfect... Manager Maria and other staff were very helpful and kind, they helped us arrange every transportation we need and the tour to Prison Island & Stone Town. Beautiful beautiful bungalow and well-maintained. 「Marafiki Bungalows was a delight. But what made it a perfect location to rest & relax were all the employees. Lots of flora & fauna & quite.
