「Don't get me wrong, the hotel is fine. But here, I will only focus on the unsatisfying part: the dining. The chief probably doesn't know how to cook a steak.」

「room cleaning could be more thorough. They did not take used glasses, plates, shower cap. Heating was not on - but I was provided an extra heater」

「不丹人都很nice，前台服务员服务周到。可以远远的看到大佛，床挺舒服，洗澡是浴缸，设计不合理，水会在浴缸两侧流到地上，WIFI速度较慢。只要住在市中心晚上应该都能听到狗叫声，对狗叫声比较敏感的建议带耳塞。不过房费很便宜，也不能要求太多，总之还是比较满意。」

「We had a spectacular time. In addition to a beautiful property the entire staff were exceptionally good and caring. The hotel has excellent food, great outdoor activities. Two areas to improve, the access road and the gym where the machines did not work well. Overall a wonderful stay.」

「I had a nice time staying in Khamsum inn . I wish I cound give them excellent rating. They need to work little more on that. Next time , I will ask for the room one above. Little away from noise and for a better view. Service staffs are wonderful , Like Drupchu , Purnima and others. Kitchen needs to be more professional. When I come back to Thimphu I know where to stay. Best of luck for Khamsum Inn .」
