Fab stay at hotel Zand, the price is great for the area of the property. Very short walk to the main part of zandvoort and the shop is litrally 2mins away. The host checking us in was lovely and friendly, felt very relaxed staying at the property. Would definitely return in the future and recommend to others.

Leider sind wir mit Hotel Zand nicht zufrieden. Es fing an mit der Kommunikation. Schon im Vorfeld als Fragen zum Aufenthalten aufkamen und ich über Expedia Nachrichten an das Hotel geschrieben habe, wurde ich lediglich mit einer PDF Datei abgespeist. Nach weiterer Nachfrage wieder das gleiche. Es ist überhaupt nicht auf meine Fragen eingegangen worden. Zudem steht in der Beschreibung, dass man sich auf Deutsch verständigen kann, am Telefon wurde ich dann aber gebeten, englisch zu sprechen. Der Check In war eher umständlich, unter anderem da ich mehrfach vorher angeschrieben wurde, wann wir ankommen werden (was ich mehrmals schon beantwortet hatte) und ich mehrfach anrufen sollte um weitere Infos zum Check In zu erhalten. Das Zimmer selber war nicht gesaugt, der Boden war voller Sand, es waren keine Handtücher und keine Seife vorhanden. Ich musste den Gastgeber mehrfach anschreiben, damit wir Handtücher bekommen, Seife gab es trotzdem nicht. Anders als in der Beschreibung angegeben, war auch kein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer und der Kleiderschrank war sehr klein mit wenig Stauraum und es gab keine Möglichkeit,Jacken aufzuhängen.Das Badezimmer war sehr klein, das Waschbecken war außerhalb des Bades aufgrund des Platzmangels.Das Badezimmer hat fürchterlich gestunken und die Dusche war voller Schimmel, sowas ekeliges hab ich noch nie gesehen. Das Bett war an sich bequem, es waren aber Flecken auf dem Laken.

Keine Rezeption. Küchenbenutzung, aber Herd nicht nutzbar. Kein Besteck. Zimmer ok, aber Bad für große Menschen oder Übergewichtige vermutlich nicht nutzbar, da Mini (v.a. das Waschbecken). Bleibe ist ok für Anspruchslose und/oder Findige.

Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, die Unterkunft ist mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet, wenn man jedoch genauer schaut eher unsauber, für ein paar Tage reicht es :)

Es ist ein Hotel, dass super zentral ist in Zandvoort. Sauber und sparsam eingerichtet. Es reicht als Übernachtung. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wer wirklich wert auf Sauberkeit legt, ist dort fehl am Platz. Die Böden/Teppiche brauchen eine gründliche Reinigung. Die Fugen waren sehr dreckig. Die Fenster konnte man in bestimmten Positionen nicht nutzen. In unserem Zimmer tropfte Wasser aus der Heizung. Daher war auch Rost vorhanden. Die Heizungsrohre die durch unser Zimmer liefen waren verdammt heiß und das im Hochsommer . Lüften war nachts beim schlafen nicht möglich, da vor unserem Zimmer gekifft und geraucht wurde. Vorhänge und Gardinen im schlechten Zustand. Positiv: Dusche/ Waschbecken/ Toilette waren in Ordnung. Bett war auch frisch bezogen und soweit bequem. Handtücher gab es auch täglich frisch. Es gibt eine Gemeinschaftsküche mit Kühlschrank. Es gibt vor Ort keine Rezeption aber dafür wurde per Mail eine Rufnummer geschickt, die auch erreichbar war und die dann die Zimmernummer mitgeteilt hat. Schlüssel steckte bei Ankunft im Schloss. Lasst euch nicht von den tollen Bildern täuschen ;-) das ist uns nämlich passiert

Saubere Unterkunft, super bequemes Bett und tolles Personal. Es hätte ein paar Möglichkeiten zum Aufhängen von Badetüchern oder nassen Badehosen geben müssen, aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten. Ich habe nur 3 Sterne in der Gesamtwertung gegeben, weil wir das Hotel aufgrund der kostenlosen Parkmöglichkeiten gebucht haben. Uns wurde aber schnell deutlich gemacht, dass es keine kostenlose Parkplätze gibt und man auf dem nächsten Parkplatz (15€ pro Tag) parken kann. Es gibt nicht einen kostenlosen Parkplatz, daher ist der Benefit für mich einfach falsch beschrieben.

Durchschnittlich aber sauber

An sich war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war klein, relativ sauber und ruhig gelegen. Ein paar Zustände machen allerdings sehr stutzig. Der schlüssel hing im Schloss bei Ankunft, checkin war online. Beim Onlinecheckout sagt es man soll den Schlüssel an der Rezeption abgeben, welche allerdings nonexistent ist. Nach längerem Suchen und Fragen bei den Zimmernachbarn musste der Schlüssel dann beim Verlassen wieder im Schloss verbleiben. Am ersten Tag wurden pro person 2 Handtücher vergeben, + 1 Duschmatte. Am 2. Tag waren es nur noch die 4 Handtücher, am dritten Tag dann nur noch 1 Handtuch pro Person. Sehr wirr und keiner da um nach weitern Handtüchern oder sonstigen Angelegenheiten zu fragen. Es war ein Tresor im Raum, dieser allerdings verschlossen, und somit unbrauchbar.

veel geld voor een accomodatie die dit niet waard is. gammele uitrusting, niet eens een bekertje aanwezig, zeer karig allemaal, vuile handdoekken , vieze vloer , wasbakkraan los en scheef. Echter het bed was wel prima in orde.

Für ein paar Tage ist die Unterkunft sehr empfehlenswert, die Zimmer sind sauber und das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage. Leider ist das Badezimmer sehr klein gewesen und ich hatte mit meinen langen Beinen das Problem wenn ich auf dem Klo saß das ich sehr eingeengt war. Leider wurden die Zimmer nicht jeden Tag gereinigt was mich etwas gestört hat. Aber ansonsten war das Hotel für einen Kurztrip sehr gut und der Preis hat auch gestimmt

Sehr kleines Bad, kein Kleiderschrank, nichtmal eine Garderobe. Am ersten Tag wurden die Betten gar nicht gemacht. Amenities in Form von Shampoo und Duschgel gab es auch erst die letzten 3 Tage. Service also sehr unzuverlässig! Aber vor allem: Das Hotel verkaufte uns für 46 € für 6 Nächte eine Parklizenz für 2 Straßen, verschwieg uns aber, dass auch dort u.U. weit und breit kein Parkplatz zu finden wäre. Genau das passierte. Wir fuhren mit dem Auto zum Keukenhof, weil das mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr kompliziert ist und fanden anschließend keinen Parkplatz. Wir mussten dann auf dem öffentlichen Parkplatz in Zandvoort nochmals für 4 Nächte jeweils 7,50 Euro bezahlen. Das hätten wir auch von vorne herein so haben können! Wir fühlen uns jedenfalls von der Hotelleitung betrogen und empfehlen das Hotel nicht weiter.
