Falsches Appartement bekommen,nicht das was ich gebucht hatte,ganz wichtig für uns war der Balkon, der aber leider nicht vorhanden war Aber der absolute Hammer war,das wir 1Tag früher abreisen mussten,weil der Vermieter das Appartement doppelt vermietet hatte,wir wurden aus Amsterdam zurück geordert,das wir das appartement sofort zu räumen hätten,weil die neuen Gäste schon vor der Tür standen,Zug tickets ,Grachtenfahrt und Madame Tussauds Eintrittskarten auch umsonst gekauft Der Vermieter kam persönlich und hat zugegeben das es ein buchungsfehler von ihm seie,das hat uns leider nicht weitergeholfen Also alles einpacken und einen ganzen urlaubstag früher nach hause gefahren Nie wieder in die Appartements zeespiegel

Check-in Grausam wegen Hotels.com

Der Check-In war grausam. Lag aber nicht an der Unterkunft selbst. Leider hat Hotels.Com uns die Email der Unterkunft anscheinend nicht weitergeleitet, sodass wir nicht wussten wo genau die Unterkunft ist (es gab mehrere Standorte in Zandvoort) und dass wir vorher anrufen müssen um den Schlüssel zu bekommen wussten wir dann natürlich auch nicht. Wir hatten Glück dass wir die nette Dame zufälligerweise getroffen haben bei einer der Unterkünfte, sie hatte berichtet dass es wohl bei diese Website wohl öfter so laufen würde. Sollte also noch jemand über diese Website buchen, am besten nochmal nachhaken bzgl. Check-In. Der Aufenthalt an sich war sehr gut, die Küche war zwar etwas unhandlich und ab und zu war es Abends sehr laut durch betrunkene Menschen auf der Straße, also bei geöffneten Fenstern, aber an sich hat es uns sehr gefallen da man Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in nicht mal 5 Minuten Fußweg hatte so wie auch das Meer. Die Unterkunft war sauber und gepflegt.

Das Inventar ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Amaturen in der Küche locker, der Toilettensitz ebenfalls lose. Aber die Krönung waren die Mäuse - über Nacht haben sie unsere geschlossenen Lebensmittel auf dem Esstisch aufgenagt!

Das Appartementen Zeespiegel ist wirklich eine hervorragende Unterkunft. Sehr zentral, man kann überall wunderbar hinlaufen. Die Einrichtung ist auch wirklich sehr schön und die Kommunikation war sehr einfach. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Saubere und schöne Zeit-gemäßige Einrichtung. Bei Ankunft, sehr freundliche Begrüßung durch Mitarbeiter. Gute Abwicklung bei Ankunft und Abfahrt. Bei der Rücksendung der Kaution gab es keine Probleme und auch sonst gab es keine Probleme. Ich würde die Apartment Anlage zeespiegel in Zandvoort auf jeden Fall weiterhin empfehlen. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, die Vermieterin war sehr nett. Einen Parkplatz gibt es nicht, wir haben vorab im David Louis Carre einen festen gebucht, das sind ca. 3 Minuten Gehweg. Die Unterkunft war sauber, jedoch das Schlafsofa etwas älter und Besteck war auch nur wenig da. Es gab eine Filterkaffeemaschine und einen Wasserkocher, keinen Backofen oder Mikrowelle. Alles in allem war für das Preisleistungsverhältnis alles zu empfehlen und wir würden wieder dorthin kommen. Die Kaution war am nächsten Banktag wieder erstattet.

1 : à l'arrivée la fakture n'était pas bonne, nous avons du payer 10 euros de taxe de séjour en plus. 2: Internet ne fonctionnait pas bien, de nombreuses chaînes de télévision cryptées. 3: le long d'un occupé. route avec beaucoup de nuisances sonores, à côté d'un chantier de construction et le bruit d'un camion lourd 3 : nous l'avons signalé mais rien n'a été fait à ce sujet Appartement est propre et net.

Schönes Apartment, Balkon zwar etwas klein, aber komplett ausreichend für 2 Personen .Bei unserer Ankunft war alles gut gereinigt. Jederzeit gerne wieder! Sehr nette Angestellte :) Unsere Wohnung war sehr schön und modern eingerichtet - fühlte sich direkt wie zuhause an ;)

Die Vermieter waren super Gastfreundlich. Das Appartement war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Bett fällt leider etwas klein aus für 2 Personen und es gibt statt einer normalen Handbrause nur eine Regenschauerdusche, was das ausspülen von Schampoo erschwert. Ansonsten lag das Appartement perfekt gelegen, man ist in 5 min am Strand.

Die Lage des Appartements und der großzügige Wohnraum und die Ausstattung sind wirklich gut. Schlaf- und Badezimmer sind ziemlich klein. Der Aufenthalt hat uns grundsätzlich gut gefallen! Im eben sehr kleinen Badezimmer funktionierte die Lüftung nicht, das ist inzwischen bestimmt behoben. Auch der Föhn sollte ausgetauscht werden. Der Balkon könnte renoviert werden, die Fliesen sind locker und ziemlich schmutzig.

Das Appartement ist verwohnt und in keinem guten Zustand. Die Bettmatratze und die Matratze der Schlafcouch haben Flecken und keine Matratzenschoner. Die Wände sind angeschlagen. Der Balkon ist schmutzig. Und zu guter letzt muss man am Ende der Mietzeit auch noch die Wäsche abziehen und den Müll rausbringen. Sonst werden 100€ fällig. Nie wieder!!!!!
