Overall nice stay. A nice hotel for the area. This hotel is a short one block walk to the Plaza Zamora and many restaurants and shopping options. Breakfast was included and for the price it was a very good deal.

The room was very clean and nicely furnished. The room was small but the shower was large and comfortable. They need to furnish more towels, face towels would be nice for a starter. The mirror was a bit to high to see yourself when getting dress. On the over all it was a pleasant stay.

Location is great, walking distance to cathedral and market. Disappointed that the air conditioning did not work and there was rarely warm water for the shower. Staff was great, valet parking is a plus, attached restaurant was great! Just beware that the room is simple, and the bed is good, clean towels and room, but thatโ€™s it. I will stay here again but wish they would improve.

I really liked that this hotel is safe. Staff members do not share any information regarding anyone staying inside the hotel. We were getting picked up by family one morning and our family asked for us at reception and they denied any information to them. It actually makes me feel safe. The hotel was very clean, it has good a/c, the rooms were enough space for our stay. I like that the hotel is in the city. You are 1 min walking distance away from the main plaza, which was very convenient.

Buenas instalaciones pero con detalles a mejorar

El hotel en general estaba limpio, con un aroma agradable tanto en รกreas comunes como en la habitaciรณn. Sin embargo, la experiencia en el restaurante no fue buena: el desayuno americano fue bastante limitado y si querรญas cambiar al buffet tenรญas que pagar $120.00 adicionales por persona. El personal se mostrรณ poco interesado en mejorar el servicio, lo cual dejรณ mucho que desear. Otro punto a considerar es el ruido: las habitaciones no estรกn bien aisladas y se escucha prรกcticamente todo lo de los cuartos contiguos. Ademรกs, al estar en planta baja, cada vez que alguien subรญa por la escalera de cristal se escuchaban claramente los pasos, lo que afectรณ bastante el descanso. En conclusiรณn, aunque el hotel luce bien y la limpieza es destacable, la relaciรณn calidad-precio no se justifica por los detalles en el servicio y el ruido.
