Rooms at the Zante were very clean and spacious, coffee machine but no kettle was provided. The hotel is nicely situated with nearby shops and restaurants if not going all inclusive like we did. The pool was nice and quiet, mostly as they were closing down, we were one of only guests there. Unfortunately the food is what lets down this hotel, it was a la carte with a rotating menu, quality was hit and miss, breakfast was not great, basics like croissants were not served and hot food choices were very slim and unappealing. We had our own pool but it was always in the shade and covered in mosquitoes so couldnt use it due to it being cold, and us being bitten alive. Overall a good hotel with friendly staff, nice location, plenty of parking and is reasonably priced.

I arrived late and was not able to enjoy many of the property’s features. But the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was delicious. The room and property were nice and an excellent value for the money. I would stay here again.

An okay stay

The pool closes at 7.30pm which is a bit annoying when you go out all day, spend one night and realise you cannot use it or you get kicked out by the pool boy. Breakfast is very basic but okay. The welcoming is quite cold and you don’t feel welcome. The room is nice, clean, spacious.

Good for basic holiday

This was a clean, basic hotel with good access to both Tsilivi and Zante. The room was clean and comfortable with a well appointed balcony overlooking the pool which is also clean and pleasant. The downside comes if you are looking for anything more than this - the quality of food and drink provided is poor compared to other local offerings. The service was also middling, with polite, simple, requests responded to as if they were a gross imposition on occasion (e.g. moving a dining chair in the empty restaurant to seat five to a table). Treat the hotel as a simple base though and it will suit your needs.

It felt like a 3 star hotel rather than 4. Although clean and friendly, it did feel a little dated. Our shower flooded the room every time and even though we reported it, they did nothing to fix it. The all inclusive A La Carte menu was basic and fairly limited. The bar was poorly stocked and had very little choice. Good swimming pool.

Una settimana di mare bello

Posto rilassante, poco lontano dal centro di Tsilivi e dal mare. Parcheggio comodo, personale gentile, se si arriva tardi bisogna farlo presente perché la reception è chiusa e le chiavi sono date in custodia al personale di sicurezza. Il frigo in camera è senza congelatore ma è presente un dispenser d'acqua fredda in reception.

Hôtel accueillant et calme

C’est la 2 ème fois que nous séjournons à cette hôtel. Équipe accueillante et sympathique. Proche du centre ville mais à la fois calme et reposant . Pour les repas , service à la carte et petit-déjeuner en buffet. Ça manquait un peu de fruits cette année . Les chambres sont jolies et propres . Nous avons appréciés notre séjour autant que le premier .

Nice hotel ... no drawers or wardrobe only half dozen hangers on a frame .. All inclusive was poor .. food varied but cold Drinks were limited to certain times and when no spirits left couldn’t offer the other brand as it was charged! ... Too many restrictions on the all inclusive Restaurant staff were lovely .day barman was great but night Barman wasn’t as pleasant. I emailed to ask for tea coffee facilities in room and would have paid but they said they didn’t have any only to find that they did in an upgraded room but wasn’t offered anything...

Buon hotel ma da migliorare

Hotel molto bello esteticamente, camere spaziose mancanti però di armadio e come set di cortesia ho trovato solo saponetta e cuffie, il dispenser di bagnoschiuma nella doccia l'ho trovato vuoto e così è stato per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Trovo poco carino far pagare un extra per l'aria condizionata (che funziona solo se sei presente in camera) e per tenere al sicuro gli oggetti di valore (cassaforte 2€ al giorno). La spiaggia dista 2 km e la navetta per la spiaggia fa solo tre corse alle 10, alle 14.30 e alle 17, se si vuole rientrare per il pranzo bisogna tornare a piedi. Il pranzo al sacco per chi ha l'all inclusive è disponibile solo se si va in escursione mostrando la prenotazione. La piscina è molto curata e ho sempre trovato ombrelloni e lettini liberi anche arrivando nel pomeriggio. Il personale è molto cordiale e gentile. Tutto sommato una buona esperienza, migliorando un po' i servizi sarebbe un ottimo hotel.

Ok if you’re from Poland

No good if you are British we were the only 2 from the uk , food was cold every day, you must like early start in morning, the cockral will have u awake at 4 every day, and the cleaners at 7 , drinks warterd down and served in plastic cups one per person. must remember it’s only 2 star . July 18
