Nel Mare Studios

I feel the overall value for money for this property was good. The beach front position is perfect. Great view in a quiet position. The decor is tired and some of the attention to detail is lacking. But it is reasonably comfortable and cleaned daily. We had a car and needed it. The communication from the property was good. It's not easy to walk to Laganas but there are some good restaurants nearby

Amazingly beautiful and there view everyday literary on the beach was amazing, very helpful and friendly, only downside was 3 youngsters who came the 2nd week and were noisy directly above us,swearing and being sick we could hear it all,apart from that tje holiday was fantastic

We've been there September 2023. Very poor quality of the rooms and bad service. Not even close like on the pictures. The owner also tried to fool us with the rental car. We were very disappointed and cancelled our vacation even though we paid for a week already. I cannot really understand the positive ratings at all - in Austria it wouldn't even be comparable to 1 Star Apartments

A due bracciate dalle tartarughe.

La struttura è esattamente sulla spiaggia di Agios Sostis, solo pochi passi per trovarsi in acqua. Il fondale è basso e sabbioso per molti metri dalla riva. La struttura ha stanze rinnovate ma servizi meritevoli di revisione, la cucina è basica, solo macchina per caffe, bollitore e tostiera, niente fuochi o piastre, il bagno scadente e datato. Pulizia giornaliera e cambio ogni tre giorni. Il vero punto a favore è però Dion, il manager, vero "everywhere/everything man", sempre raggiungibile e disponibile.

On the beach

Wanted a place on the beach and Nel Mare was just that. Could not have been any closer with a ground floor studio I could walk straight out onto the beach and into the sea and even swam with a turtle on two days.

Nette Unterkunft mit tollem Gastgeber

Spitzen Gastgeber der sehr auf das Wohl seiner Gäste bedacht ist! Täglicher Tausch der Bettwäsche + Handtücher sowie Reinigung. Mir wurde mitgeteilt dass weitere Verbesserungen (TVs in den Zimmern, etc.) anstehen, da die Villa neu übernommen wurde, allerdings sind die Zimmer + Service auch jetzt schon hervorragend. Allgemein eine saubere und perfekt gelegene Unterkunft mit direktem Meerzugang und eigenen Strandliegen. Jederzeit wieder!

Durchschnittles Appartement mit wenig Ausstattung

Wir haben 2 Appartements gehabt. Jenes im 1. Stock war in Ordnung, das 2te war im Erdgeschoß und hat immer empfindlich gerochen - meine Vermutung ist, dass das Gebäude in diesem Bereich Nässe verspürt! Die Ausstattung im Bezug auf Geschirr entspricht nicht dem Standard. Von Vorteil ist die tägliche Reinigungskraft, jedoch die Handtücher werden nur 2 mal gereinigt. Sonnenliegen existieren in Summe 10 Stück für alle Appartements. Von Vorteil ist die Lage, direkt am Meer - dies hat unser Sohn mit 6 Jahren genossen, auch wenn der Strand unmittelbar vor dem Appartement nur durchschnittlich zu bewerten ist. Jedoch Zakynthos bietet soviele schöne Strände, d.h. Mietauto nehmen und jeden Tag einen Strand anfahren - dadurch hat uns der unmittelbare Strand vor dem Appartement nicht so gestört.

Great hotel and location for the price

Fantastic experience staying at the Nel Mare Studios. The location is perfect and right on the sand. The owner of the hotel was an all star and provided 5 star hospitality to me and my friends. I couldn't of asked for a better experience. This place is steal for the price and you are treated like family from the moment you book with this hotel.
