Great location right on the beach.

The hotel is relatively new and there obvious improvements to be made. We stayed half board and the way they decide what's included in the breakfast and evening meal is quite confusing. Only certain options are available from the menu for guests staying on B&B / Half board. Any other option, you get 20% off. Although the service can be slow at times, can't fault the staff. All were really friendly and easy to deal with. Quality of the food was generally good although the wine prices were higher than other restaurants around that area.

Avoid this place

First of all it was very hard to find the address, as they do not specify it on hotels.com. Unprofessional staff, bad managing. No reception...the bartenders and waiters from the restaurant are also the ones who are in charge for the suites and they are very confused. The jacuzzi was dirty and we asked them to clean it so we can use it but they never did it. We had shower gel only on the first day and after this they never bring it anymore. The restaurant offers mediocre food and the waiting is very long... The only good thing is that the design is pretty and everything is new. Overall I am very unhappy with mandala suites

Direkte Strandlage

Das Hotel ist neu und teilweise noch nicht ganz fertig. Darunter befindet sich ein Restaurant, das ebenfalls zum Eigentümer gehört. Da das Hotel am Ende der "Party Meile" liegt, ist es relativ ruhig in der Nacht. Den Whirlpool auf der Terasse konnte man nicht benutzen, da das Wasser immer wieder abgeflossen ist. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gesäubert und es gab auch immer wieder neue Handtücher. Minus : Das Service ist extrem schlecht. Beim Frühstück muss man mindestens 1 Stunde auf das Essen warten. Manchmal bekamen wir das Essen nacheinander. Mein Partner war mit seinem Frühstück schon fertig, danach hab ich erst meins bekommen. Vorallem die jungen Service Kräfte sind extrem unfreundlich. Nach 5 Tagen wurden wir noch immer gefragt, ob wir Hotel Gäste sind. Laufkunden (Gäste die von außen kamen) wurden bevorzugt behandelt. Für Salz und Pfeffer sowie für Butter und Marmelade mussten wir jeden Tag extra nachfragen (obwohl es in den Speisen inkludiert war). Getränke wurden vergessen usw. Die reinste Katastrophe.

The hotel was right on the beach. The food at the restaurant was amazing and your dinner and breakfast is included in your stay! Staff was extremely helpful with anything I need!

Avoid

Booked a hot tub suite. Didnt get a filled or cleaned hot tub...so paid for a junior suite and was useless as we had to pay extra for it apparently?? And wait for housekeeping to arrive which was by then too late. complained but wouldnt give us any help. Right next to the strip.No check in desk and noone to complain to. Avoid.

I stayed in this property for a week and I must say that the hotel is in an enviable location close to the localindel divination directly on the beach but excluded from the noise of the night. I did not like the little choice in the restaurant menu for both breakfast and dinner. in this structure I was not able to choose to do only the overnight stay to be free to choose.

Hôtel idéalement situé (sur la plage)

Superbe expérience, personnel adorable et les chambres sont impeccables (propreté et équipement) Très bien situé, l’hotel dispose d’un accès direct à la plage. La nourriture proposée est de bonne qualité. Je recommande vivement !
