- Received a 20% discount on food-beverage but not really worth as no "à la carte" selection. Only buffet but you have to go early if you want some choice... The buffet and all inclusive option is probably good for families... + Room was good and the hotel is located on sea side, so easy access to the beach if you don't want to use the swimmingpool.

I liked how friendly and accommodating the staff was. I liked how clean the rooms were kept. I liked how close it was to the beach. There were always chairs and floaties available which made the experience really good. The staff does need to be educated on the availiof recycling containers on the property. We were told there weren't any and ended up going off-site to find recycling containers. We later found them by the pool. Otherwise, it was a very nice stay.

Nice large hotel and resort on the beach. Comfortable and clean, friendly staff, two pool areas, lots of play stuff for kids around the grounds, pool bar area and restaurant by the beach. Food was pretty standard- buffet breakfast and dinner. Great sun lounge beds and plenty of space to relax.

Great stay at Galaxy

The location of the resort is amazing and along the Laganas beach strip which offers lots of eating options and nice sunset evening strolls as well as a few club like restaurants for youngsters. Galaxy itself offered nice live music and evening entertainment daily. The water is calm and shallow so perfect for non-swimmers and very young children.

Not a 5 star!

It’s not a 5star hotel! The room was sooo tiny you could barely lay a suitcase between bed and desk. Everything is extra: they say it’s on the beach but the ombrella and 2 sun beds are for a charge of €6. The buffet is abysmal. My kids and I barely ever ate there. There isn’t even service at the table for coffee or drinks. No local foods or products were offered to eat. The lady at the front desk is painfully in a bad mood no matter the day or time you ask a question. The safe in the room is also available for a fee. Never been in such poor service before! The shower in the room could never hold a temperature. Upsetting!!!

Das Badezimmer ist schlimm, vor allem die Dusche! Voller schwarzem Schimmel. Die Wasserhahnen am Lavabo waren mit Kalk und Grünspan bedeckt. ausserdem war es sehr klein, 2 Personen kommen nicht aneinander vorbei. Das war nicht die Schuld des Reinigungspersonals; dieses hat das Beste gegeben. Es liegt vielmehr an der schlechten Wartung des gesamtem Zimmers. Alles ziemlich alt und entspricht keinesfalls einem 5 Sterne Hotel.. Die Insel ist sehr schön und sehenswert, jedoch würden wir keinesfalls mehr das Galaxy Beach Resort wählen!

Tolle Lage, nahe am Strand. Leider werden die Strandbetten nicht wirklich bewirtschaftet und es lag dementsprechend viel Abfall/Zigarettenstümmel herum. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen war ganz okei dürfte aber wärmer sein. Das Bett sollte dringendst ausgetauscht werden, man spürrt die Federn und es quitscht bei der kleinsten Bewegung. Das Badezimmer war sehr klein und verkalkt.

Serviço péssimo

Primeiramente não conseguimos contato com o hotel para informações sobre transfer. Assim que chegamos, buscamos informações sobre os passeios, pontos turísticos e aluguel de carro. Não houve qualquer simpatia por parte dos funcionários do hotel, mesmo depois de termos falado que se tratava de nossa lua de mel. Como qualquer pessoa que vai para Zakynthos, o nosso foco era conhecer Navagio beach. A concierge do hotel nos orientou a ir de carro para lá por conta do tempo. Primeiro ela nos perguntou se tínhamos carteira internacional de habilitação, nós dissemos que não e ela nos mandou para uma agência onde tal seria dispensável. Lá chegando, a referida nos foi exigida e tivemos que voltar. Depois ela nos sugeriu ir de táxi. Pagamos 120 euros, e ao chegar lá o caminho para a praia estava fechado. Foi extremamente frustrante. O pior foi descobrir em uma agência de turismo no centro da cidade que a praia já estava com todos os seus acessos fechados há uma semana e que tal era de conhecimento de todos os hotéis, bem como de todas as pessoas que trabalham com turismo, afinal era uma determinação de segurança da polícia local. Pra terminar o péssimo serviço do hotel, a internet simplesmente não funcionava, de modo que passamos todos os dias no hotel, sem internet adequada e com um tratamento muito aquém do razoável.
