Wat een geweldig hotel. Fijne service, goede kamers (luxe vormgegeven), topsfeer. Huurauto kan gratis op het terrein worden geparkeerd. Staf zet zich echt in om je een aangenaam verblijf te laten hebben.

This is an exceptional resort, high standards and service, whilst maintaining its warmth and hospitality. Lovely staff, Maria, Sarah and everyone wonderful. We also experienced the spa treatment and vegan 8course degustation, amazing! It’s an oasis in Zante.

The whole experience was amazing. The gym area needs work on but you can use the gym at the sister hotel around the corner. The food was superb. The staff are incredible. 98/100 overall.

Fabulous hotel

Most wonderful hotel, I arrived with high expectations and they did not disappoint. Everything is thought of and no trouble if you need anything extra. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel and we will be back.

Vi besøgte dette hotel som var virkelig smukt indrettet. Personalet var høflig og var rigtig gode til at tag sig af deres gæster kunne man mærke. Grunden til vi ikke giver 5 stjerner var fordi maden ikke helt var så god desværre, og ønskede man og ligge ude i pool området så skulle man være tidligt oppe da der ellers ikke var plads ofte. Ellers nød vi helt vildt vores ophold og vil bestemt anbefale hotellet til andre. Jeg håber dog at de vil forbedre maden da det er en af de ting man sætter stor pris på når man er på ferie

Wow what an experience, we spent a week at the CONTESSINA Suites & Spa (room 421). It was an absolute dream, everything was perfect - the food, the suite and the whole team. The team's warm and open manner is hard to beat, we felt incredibly comfortable. A very special and unique experience was the noble dining on the roof terrace, an experience to be in the moment and enjoy, it provided one or two taste explosions in the mouth. The CONTESSINA is not just a hotel, it felt like home and we owe this especially to these valuable people: Sarah, Maria, Ahmed, Eduardo, ché, Pablo, Emilia, Ymer, Eirini, Xristos We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for this special time and will be back very soon

Moderne und schön gepflegte Anlage, geräumige Zimmer und ein reichhaltiges Frühstück. Zwei Mal täglich kam der Service im Zimmer vorbei (morgens Reinigung, Abends mit Snack und Wasser). Insgesamt sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Es wurde Feedback erfragt und sich wirklich rührend gekümmert, wenn etwas nicht zur vollsten Zufriedenheit ausgefallen ist. Man hatte nicht das Gefühl, nur ein beliebiger anonymer Gast zu sein. Die Umgebung ist sehr mit anderen Hotels und kleinen Supermärkten vollgestellt und weniger ansprechend, allerdings ist das Hotelgelände selbst gut abgeschirmt und ruhig. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Erstmal vorweg, wir hatten Contessina Suites&Spa gebucht, die aber dann kurzfristig schon geschlossen hatten. Wir haben dann kostenlos ein Upgrade bekommen und Halbpension inklusive im Contessina Hotel. Das Essen war ganz gut, Problem ist dieses Hotel hat ein Insektenproblem, überall liegen tote Fliegen und Wespen am Buffet. Es gibt auch keine Insektenabwehr, heißt beim Frühstück sind viele Wespen unterwegs, sowohl drinnen als auch draußen. Wir bereisen viele Orte und im 5 Sterne Hotel sollte ein Ventilator mit Wasserdampf oder ätherischen Ölen möglich sein. Beim Frühstück ist es voll, der Kaffeeautomat ist ne Katastrophe, selbst das Personal kann ihn nicht bedienen, einmal gab es Latte Macchiato mit dem Spülprogramm🙈 Beim Abendessen haben wir einmal auf Ameisen am Buffet hingewiesen, das wurde dann behoben, schön trotzdem nicht. Wir werden nicht wieder kommen, und wohlgemerkt wir waren in der Nebensaison da. Das Personal ist mehr mit sich selbst beschäftigt und besonders freundlich fanden wir sie auch nicht. Die Zimmer allerdings sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Und es gibt immer kleine Aufmerksamkeiten.

The most disappointing thing about this hotel is the pool area. Not enough room and not enough sun beds when hotel full. It’s also totally enclosed with no view whatsoever. Much better option is a short walk to the beach and rent sun bed from one of several operators. Most of the private pool rooms don’t have a ‘private’ pool as they are at adjacent to the central public space. No atmosphere in the bar area in the evening despite musical entertainment. Room was spotless and housekeeping was superb.
