Beautiful property with an excellent restaurant serving Polish traditional meals. Very clean, amazing staff. Beautiful place.

The room was clean and comfy the only complaint i have was the temperature of the radiators being lukewarm, not suitable for the cold climate, there was a electric fan but it took all day to warm the room . Some staff were courteous some just ignore you. The amenities were not good, it had a restaurant on the ground floor open to anyone . The food was amazing and reasonably priced. However the hotel ran the reception from the restaurant counter so you ordered , paid for food and drinks from this one small counter which was no always manned due to the waitresses cooking , serving and cleaning all at the same time . On leaving we asked could we stay until 10.30am due to our pick up was not untill 11am and was told yes to 10.30am but not 11am . Whilst we were grateful we had this extra 30mins there was no where to wait inside because the hotel doesn’t having a reception area / lounge . We stood just inside the door so we could stay warm . Hotel staff ignored us never offered us a seat in the restaurant until we were due to go . If you book this hotel make sure you're pick up to the airport is an early one because there is no hotel waiting area .!! Would i go back to Zakopane yes ! Would i return to The Willa Amicus No !

Amazing find. Beautiful hotel with extremly friendly stuff. All clean, beautiful and in great location. Lovely breakfast and plenty of dinner options available in the restaurant downstairs. If I had to pick sth to complaint about...there was no space to dry our towels. It was 3 -4 people room and the tiny towel rack in the bathroom just didn't do the trick....still I wish we could stay longer.
