Nice but no organization upon our arrival.

We showed up and there was no one at reception. We tried to call and no answer. Thankfully the cleaning staff was around and were able to help locate a building manager. Cleaning staff gave us keys but we had to track down wifi code and code to outside gate. No one there to give instructions. If you know someone is checking in that day, you should probably have someone at reception. We arrived around 4pm which is not late. We tried to email prior to our arrival (about a day or so before) but we never got an email back. Decent rooms but the sheets on one bed had holes.....I hate that. Anyways, I found my VRBO experience in Croatia much better than this.

Duplex moderne, très bel emplacement. Propre sans plus. Il n'y a personne à la réception, il faut appeler un numéro et le réceptionniste arrive dans 30'. Il avait l'air dépassé car il devait gérer plusieurs appartements mais sympathique.

Comfortable room

I arrived at the hotel after 11pm, but due to some email communication in advance, the hotel staff was waiting for us to arrive and kindly helped us from various points of view. Room was clean and comfortable as long as the number of people are only two, by which it means I stayed with family (total 4) and the living room was fully occupied by the sofa bed, and it was a bid difficult to open my two suitcases. However, my two children were so happy that they could enjoy the first floor as their playing room and I also enjoyed staying with family anyway.

Beware- Bait and Switch.

I had booked a room for 4 nights at the Residence Hotel and emailed to let them know I would be checking in late. They emailed me to tell me that I should go to MAIN SQUARE residence, another hotel. It was only after I checked in that they told me I would be staying there (at the Main Square) and not the room I booked on the website. They said the place I booked had water problems- why hadn't they told me this before? Frankly, it seemed to be a lie. This was a good location, but less good room, long 3 flight walk-up. Like a 3 star hotel with no cleaning service, and definitely not what was advertized.. Beware, this may be a Bait & Switch scam - They post this desirable room on the webpage and stick you with less good one.

APARTMENT WA SMALL FOR A FAMILY OF 4, RECOMMENDED FOR 2 TO PERSONS ONLY. THERE WERE MOSUITOES IN THE ROOMS. TOM WAS VERY COOPERATIVE AND HELPFUL BUT TOLD THAT HE CANT DO ANYTHING REGARDING THE MUSQUITOES PROBLEM.

Bad Experience

Bad Experience with Residence Park, we made the booking on Dec 19/2016 and got the confirmation for our trips to Zagreb in May 15-17/2017, unfortunately when we arrived on May 15/2017 and want to check in, their staff told us they can't offer the rooms for us (we are group of 8 and booked 4 rooms) they send us to another Apartment to stay for one night and then ask us move out next day and find a hotel by ourselves for the day, after we negotiation with them; they find another apartment for 6 of us and the other 2 go to another Apartment. It wastes our time and ruins our entire schedule, we don't have enough time to explore Zagreb this beautiful city and then we have to go back home. Obviously they over booking , don't consider this apartment RESIDENCE APARTMENT

Worst stay ever!

We never got into the apartment, they said there are issues on these apartments which our group had booked 4 apartments out of 7. We were only be advised when we arrived. The first thing they asked was when we booked these apartments. My good guess was overlooked and no rooms were aavailable.Then they moved us to aother apartments which have no air condition as well as under construction on the outer wall. After one night'stay we have to move again to another building which we had to walk up to 5th floor without elevator for another night...never happened before Luke this in my life, this was so upset and frustrating Which ruined our mood in traveling for three days in Zagreb....

Oh parking is harsh. Very hard to come by. Units are 2 story so heat distribution is unequal. To hot upstairs, too cold downstairs. Room was very clean. Quiet
