Rooms almost look like a 3 or 4 star rooms, although the building looks shabby. It has as many amenities as you want. Staff is kind and helpful and efficient as you do not need to meet them directly as all is done through WhatsApp. I don't know but at least it should have been better if you could have a time to see each other and say hello.

Very nicely furnished, right in the center of the city, nice surroundings, a bit tricky to find the right address, very clean and stylish. Downside: no parking All in all: I recommend it, very unique experience, would come again.

Ideally located in the heart of the city. Restaurants, markets and shops nearby. The bed is comfortable, the room was tastefully designed and it came it luxury toiletries. My only two minor feedback to the property owners are that, in my room, the rain shower was awkwardly positioned, i.e. it's not centered and too close to the wall. Secondly, the door leading to the flats needs to be slam shut which reverberates inside the room.

Location location location excellent in everything

Pod Zidom is the best location to stay at Zagreb. Minutes from Cathedral, square, upper town lower town. Transportation hub for day tours are within walking distance. They have two restaurants in the same building - one Michelin star, one cozy small bites. Great dessert cafe across the square. Marko greeted us upon arrival, explained everything thoroughly. The room and bed are super comfy. The WiFi hotpot hub to take it with you is a huge plus so is Netflix Rakuten.. smart TV apps. High end amenities too. A great first impression on Zagreb because of Pod Zidom. Taxi ride from airport was under $10.

Great accommodations, location, staff, breakfast, and overall experience! The room was clean, neat, modern, and comfortable. Bathroom was impecable (which is very important for us). They provided a pocket wifi device (game changer), which we were able to take around with us and connect to internet whenever/wherever. Breakfast was a feast and as fresh as it can be; it included everything from eggs, homemade bread, fresh cold cuts, yogurt, you name it. Staff was super attentive and provided guidance regarding things to do, restaurants to visit, and taxi service. It is located 2-3 minute walk from the Cathedral and 2-3 minute walk to the main square. Overall, we had a great experience and recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Zagreb.

I did not realize this was an apartment, not a hotel when I made the reservations, because when I googled hotels in the center of Zagreb, this came up as one of the choices. This is not a hotel. It’s a B&B. And even on Expedia, it said that this is an ‘exclusive hotel’ . we arrived at 6 PM in the dark, and it took us almost a half hour to find the entrance which was not marked since it’s not a hotel. The person we talked with, Marko, was very nice, but he wasn’t at the site, so it took a great deal of time to find the actual entrance to the apartments. . Marco insisted that their website states they are rooms and that they hotel, but even their password has at word hotel in it so they can’t have it both ways. The room itself was very nice and clean, but there’s no reason to stay here rather than a nearby nice hotel since the prices the same and at least there would be someone to help on-site

Excelente localização em Zagreb. Proximo de tudo. Quarto muito confortável, moderno e bem decorado, embora não seja grande. Banheiro diferenciado para os padrões europeus. Toalhas de banho de excelente qualidade e amenities da l'occitane. Proprietário muito gentil e atencioso. Estacionamento pago acerca de 300 metros andando. Prédio com elevador. Não possui recepção.
