The hotel is located outside city, which was fine because the trams stop is 10 mins walk away & they go in & out of the city all day to lots of locations/attractions in the area. The room was good but there were no kettle or drinks in the room unless you used the mini-bar. We enjoyed the breakfast that was included in our stay. We had an A La carte dinner which was delicious - but the appetiser was almost non-existent which made us laugh. We enjoyed our stay in Zagreb lots to see & do the hotel was a good base.

This hotel is very good for cost performance even summer season. To see Zagreb city center, just 15min driving, easy to find the parking, no problem about accessing.

Dead bug found on floor. Emptying bath caused bathroom to flood due to blocked pipes and smell was disgusting. Contacted reception who sent someone to unblock it all but we had to then point out floor needed cleaned and disinfected as it stank of raw sewerage. Positives is that rooms are nice and big, air conditioned

Another day in Zagreb

I have used this hotel a few times already. But it seemed that the hotel had no info that I have stayed there on a number of occasions already. It is well situated to my needs. This time I was surprised that the A/C control unit in the room was broken so I had to ask maintenance to fix it - it was not working at all. Still, they fixed it even at 9 pm. Breakfast was standard, as usual. Very friendly personnel at the lobby bar, and a good selection of beverages. The front desk was also very helpful in providing the information I needed.
